Dr. Kramer has over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education. She is on the adjunct graduate faculty at Drexel University’s School of Education and Professional Studies and teaches courses in the Master of Science in Higher Education and Master of Science in Human Resources Development programs. Dr. Kramer is a dynamic trainer and has presented nationally on topics such as facilitative communication, retention, faculty effectiveness, launching an eLearning initiative, integrating technology into the classroom, and best practices in online learning.
Dr. Kramer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Science in Counseling from C.W. Post College of Long Island University, a Post-Graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Barry University. She enjoys playing music with her husband and their two daughters.
