Much like what Jacob shared with regard to breathing, I have gotten in the habit of doing an exercise I call, “the 5-5-5.” I try to do this at least 1-2x per hour. It makes a significant difference in my energy level and how I manage the day. Try it!
You take a breath in slowly over a period of 5 seconds
Then, you hold that breath for a period of 5 seconds
Breath out the air over a period of 5 seconds
