I think the mission should drive everything we do. Understanding the mission permits me to see where I fit in in the organization and how my commitment, knowledge, and expertise contributes to us being the reputable ED that we are. Since I head the task force for continuous improvement, I’d like to say that I help by modeling excellence so others can follow.
