Great question! I like to renew my commitment to the mission and vision of this hospital on a daily basis. I have an attitude of gratitude that I can make the world of healthcare a little bit better by demonstrating care, compassion, and critical thinking in the ED. Our department is often the front line experience for our patients. Their safety, improved outcomes, and satisfaction is our mission.
